The Queens Boro Bash is a free, all-ages community event hosted by Maxled Youth at Maloof Skatepark in Flushing Meadows. A full day of competition, community, free food, and prizes, open to everyone.
Founded by Max Suarez, Maxled Youth is a Queens-based after-school program that uses skateboarding to teach confidence, focus, resilience, character development, and personal growth. We partner with NYC public schools and specialize in working with students with special needs.
This event is a reflection of that mission: inclusive, community-first, and rooted in Queens.
"Maxled Youth is undoubtedly the most well kept secret in New York City. A single person who puts everything he has into educating children by teaching valuable life skills through his passion for skateboarding."
Rodney Torres, TORRO! Skateboards"It's not just skating lessons. It's lessons in overcoming fears, pushing yourself, and life lessons in just being a supportive and solid human. He was meant for this."
Dave Masters, Parent"With Max's instruction, my son's skills and confidence have improved dramatically and he looks forward to every lesson. You will conquer your fears with Max."
David Sarno, Parent
